East Rockaway’s annual Stars and Stripes Fall Festival is a highlight of late summer for locals and visiting boaters. The fun takes place alongside the Talfor Boat Basin on Friday, September 13 through Sunday, September 15.
The family-friendly festival features a band, DJ, food, carnival rides, face painting, and vendors. Stay for Saturday’s fireworks — they’ll fill the sky about 8:30 pm!
Festival hours are Friday 6:00 through 10:00 pm, Saturday from 4:00 until 10:00 pm, and Sunday noon until 4:00 pm.
Visiting boaters
Transient docking is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis at the Talfor Boat Basin village docks.
