On Saturday, September 7, and Sunday, September 8, join in the fun as the Captree Dockside Family Festival celebrates its 36^th year. There will be interactive fun, music, food, merchandise, pony rides, crab races, and more from 11:00 am until 5:00 pm at Captree State Park, located on the eastern tip of Jones Island at the end of the Ocean Parkway.

While this is certainly a nautical event, it’s not accessible for most transient boaters, as the marina at Captree is a per-season  facility.
