Huntington Lighthouse Boat Parade

The vessels in the Huntington Lighthouse Parade of Lights will glitter, glow, and dazzle on Friday, November 25 at 6:00 pm. Join in and be one of the illuminated boats gliding through the harbor or line the shore as a cheering spectator.

Vessels (and participating shoreline homes) will compete for prizes in 10 categories as well as the approval of the crowds lining Huntington Harbor.

Proceeds from participants’ entry fees and sponsors’ contributions benefit the Huntington Lighthouse Preservation Society’s efforts to repair, maintain, and preserve the Huntington Lighthouse.

Viewing locations include the parking lot behind the Halesite Fire Department and Gold Star Battalion Beach. Local restaurants, businesses, and residents also host viewing parties — check the parade website and Facebook page for updates and the sponsors who support the Lighthouse’s fundraising efforts.
