On September 20 and 21, sea lovers and fun seekers gather for the 35th Annual Greenport Maritime Festival. Hosted by the East End Seaport Museum and Marine Foundation, weekend highlights include music, classic wooden boat displays, water sport demonstrations, kayak races, a parade and street fair, and other family-friendly activities.

Events take place at Mitchell Park, the marina, and at locations throughout Greenport. Admission is free, but fees apply to some activities. Dine at the village’s many restaurants or purchase tasty food, craft beers, and local wines and picnic in the park. Dogs are welcome in many locales.
