Riverhead glows for the holiday season with a festive parade and then a roaring waterfront bonfire on Saturday, December 10.
The fun begins with the Riverhead Lions Club’s 70th Annual Holiday Parade, which kicks off at 3:00 pm. Marchers end up at the Peconic Riverfront.
At 4:00 pm, there’s no chill for celebrants as they enjoy free hot chocolate around a blazing bonfire. Santa is in town until 6:00 pm, waiting to hear kid’s wishes.
